Last week’s update has a November date because time means nothing. It was meant to be December XD Anyway, THIS week! I outlined all of Hellebore #3, Vampire Exposed. I expected that to take 3 or 4 days, but I hit the core of the story right away and wrapped up the outline in only 2.

Which means, unexpectedly, I started drafting Exposed on Thursday and I’m a solid 2k into it before I even hit my start date on Monday. So that’s lovely.

Admin work includes uploading audio to the webstore for a bunch of short stories in my backlist. I started publishing ebooks before I started on audio, so there are quite a few stories without audio at the moment. I hope to close that gap before the end of the year.

I have a craft class in Vegas in January for space opera, so I’ve started the reading for that–a bunch of novellas and short stories, mostly, so we have a lot of different examples and worlds before class starts. One of the books I’ve read before, but the others are new to me, which is great.

This week I finalized the cover for book 2 in the Hellebore series, so I’m pleased to finally reveal these!
